COMPLIANCE

The KMR Brands OÜ is committed to improving human rights conditions across its supply chains in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). As a globally operating company, we recognise both the opportunities and challenges posed by international markets, alongside the risks associated with a lack of transparency and human rights violations.

KMR Compliance Seals

Through a comprehensive risk management system, potential violations are identified at an early stage, and appropriate corrective actions are taken. The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act ensures fair wages, adequate working conditions, and the prevention of child labour. Furthermore, the company is committed to promoting equality and rejecting discrimination, corruption, forced labour, and human trafficking. Social responsibility to uphold human rights and environmental responsibility for sustainable practices are central to the company’s approach.

To implement these regulations, employees are trained and clear internal processes are in place for reporting and addressing violations.

Complaint Management for LkSG and HinSchG:

Violations or risks concerning human rights or environmental issues within the supply chain can be reported under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Additionally, under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), reports can be made regarding breaches related to areas such as environmental or data protection issues, or discrimination. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality, and whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.

This complaint procedure is not intended for handling inquiries related to customer orders, contracts, or general service matters that fall outside the legal scope of LkSG and HinSchG. Such matters will not be processed through this system.
